The Ayatollah’s Islamic Republic.

1. The obscene evil and savagery now being exhibited by the terrorist group Hamas against Israel obtains only through the sponsorship of Iran. Iran and Hamas have subjugated the Palestinians within the Gaza Strip and continue to use them as human shields. This reminds me of the Iran-Iraq war in the late 80s when Iran propelled the innocent inhabitants of several villages in front of their armed forces to clear the minefields that stood in their way. Hundreds if not thousands died as a result. The Ayatollahs’ extraordinary disdain for human life and suffering in pursuit of their own ends is abhorrent and continues apace. The head of this Snake must be cut off!
2. On Monday 9 October, amidst all the horrific bloodshed and genocidal murder of 900 Israeli civilians (and still counting), John Kirby, who is a spokesman for the Biden national security team, stated that the main concern of POTUS was Climate Change, describing it as the biggest existential threat to the future of mankind, and an even greater threat than nuclear war. This was misguided and totally inappropriate following the carnage of the day before.
3. On Tuesday 10 October, POTUS made his first public statement on the Middle East crisis. He promised support for Israel but failed to reverse his misguided/ridiculous appeasement policy regarding Iran. Indeed he failed to even mention Iran as the mastermind of the current terrorist horror now being inflicted upon the Israeli people. This raises serious questions about the judgement of the “leader of the Western world”. Who is pulling his strings? Or is he lacking in the necessary mental acuity to recognise the evil source of this ongoing abhorrent terrorism?
4. What POTUS should have said was as follows:
   1. The horrific attack on Saturday by the terrorist organisation Hamas against the people of the State of Israel cannot and will not be tolerated.
   2. Hamas is directly controlled, supplied with weapons of war and supported by the Islamic Republic of Iran.
   3. Today, I am putting back in place all the sanctions against Iran that I removed in the false hope that the Islamic Republic would come to the table and cease all sponsorship of terrorism throughout the Middle East.
   4. I offered the hand of friendship rather than containment. That offer is now revoked in its entirety, including any negotiation concerning Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
   5. The Ayatollah’s regime continues to declare the United States as its number one enemy with cries of “death to the United States” and “death to Israel”.
   6. I am now issuing an ultimatum to the Snake that is Iran:
      1. You will immediately cease supporting the activities of Hamas, Hezbollah and other associated terrorist groups.
      2. You will order Hamas to disarm and withdraw immediately from the Gaza Strip, to cease all operations against Israel and to release all hostages.
      3. If you do not comply with this ultimatum, we shall destroy all your oil refineries and your nuclear installations.
      4. We have no quarrel with the peace-loving elements of your population and they will not be the target of our wrath.

CLIMATE MITIGATION POLICY

5. Following on from the above and in response to my previous Insight, Viscount Monckton of Brenchley has forwarded me a well-researched Paper from the Strategic Threat Assessment Group highlighting the damaging misinformation that has been presented by the pervasive Green ideologues and climate change activists that would appear to be POTUS’ trusted advisers.
6. The Paper provides great technical detail, based on scientific observation, and strongly suggests that Climate Mitigation Policy, not Climate Change, poses the gravest Strategic Threat. It is introduced with the following statements:
   • Even worldwide Net Zero by 2050 would reduce global temperature by less than 0.1°C.
   • Each $1 billion spent would reduce warming by less than one ten-millionth of a degree.
   • UK installed wind and solar capacity exceeds total mean grid demand by 16% and counting.
   • After correcting a grave, long-standing error of climate physics, there is no climate emergency.
7. It is a must-read wake-up call for POTUS and all our Politicians and Civil Servants, especially those who currently espouse the Net Zero philosophy – it may be downloaded here.
